The Pakistan Super League (PSL)’s song for the 6th edition has been released nationwide, a statement from the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) read Saturday.
The PSL anthem song 2021, “Groove Mera”, features Naseebo Lal, Aima Baig, with Young Stunners, the statement said, adding that the song refers to the “swing and feel of the movements of cricketers”.
The anthem brings together voices from Pakistan’s rich musical landscape: regional folk and urban hip-hop and sounds of pop.
The 2022 PSL anthem is a celebration of Pakistan’s musical diversity. The mix of artists is particularly exciting as it represents artists from opposite ends of Pakistan’s musical spectrum.

Back in the year 2015, PSL published its first official anthem. The tagline was “Ab Khel Ke Dikha” this beautiful song was sung by Ali Zafar for PSL 2016 year. The subsequent year, PSL management came up with a new anthem/new song 2020 youtube which was repeatedly sung by Ali Zafar. The tagline was “Ab Khel Jamay Ga” which became greatly popular not only in song Pakistan but universal.
The PSL 2017 anthem was so famous that even all the foreign commentators had learned the song. Every cricket fan had remembered the remix song word by word. The composition for 2017 PSL theme song was excellent and once again arranged by Ali Zafar(singer).
